Returns
This can be requested via your customer panel or via our support line.
Reason for return are:
- to exercise your right of withdrawal see our general terms and conditions.
- In case of defect or breakage on delivery.
- Making use of the legal warranty conditions.
- 2 years on electrical hardware
- 3 months on batteries.
